            $ create-pypkg ./newpackage
            ```
        
        2.  Test the command-line interface of the package. (optional)
        
            ```sh
            $ python -m venv venv
            $ source venv/bin/activate
            $ pip install -U ./newpackage
            $ newpackage --help
            $ newpackage --debug foo bar
            ```
